Jose Luis Roman was born March 22, 1928 to Luis And Carmen Roman in Adjuntas, Puerto Rico. He played the Spanish Guitar all his life. He traveled from Puerto Rico to America as a migrant farmer. He started in Florida and went all the way to New York. He worked many jobs and even owned his own Record/Candy Store. Until he moved again to New Jersey, where he lived out the rest of his life here on earth. (April 29, 2004) No matter what job he had, he always played the guitar. He loved to sing wherever he could. I’m Luis C. Santiago, his Grandson. I have taking the tapes he left to me of his music and started making them into mp3 so they will never grow old and be lost. Now my family, no matter where they are, can come here to hear him sing again.
