I am an aspiring songwriter in the Columbus area. I am a member of the Dayton/Cincinnati chapter of the Nashville Songwriters association International (NSAI). I have been writing for about 9 - 10 years. Became hooked on songwriter and started performing to get my music "out there". I also love playing acoustic guitar, the instrument of the gods (okay - a little over the top).

Story behind the song
The day after sharing the stage with a friend, he told everyone that he had just found out he had spinal-menengitis. My first thought was for his well-being (and he is fine now). My second thought was "oh no - I shook his hand and shared the stage with him. Am I contaminated?"
