I've been involved in the music scene for many years. I compose, write lyrics, arrange, mix, produce, engineer, plus play guitar, bass, drums, keys, etc. I do music recording and production for everything from soloists to full bands along with music for TV shows and radio. I am a member of the Canadian Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences, and a voter in the JUNO awards, Canada's equivalent to the Grammy's.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
I have performed at many venues over many years. Canadian born, I moved to Hollywood CA. I have performed, and/or written songs for charitable causes such as Children's Wish Foundation, Juvenile Diabetes Society, S.H.A.R.E Agriculture, Interim Place Woman's Shelter, Canadian Cancer Society, etc. It's nice to put back, and encourage others.
PLEASE NOTE: I have found several of my collaborative efforts were used for video, or TV commercials without my knowledge or consent. Ultimately, while I granted approval, it was sometimes necessary to have lawyers involved. If you like what you hear and want to utilize a song or portion thereof, contact me so as to obtain the necessary permission and Synchronization Rights first. I do not like finding out after the fact, that videos are in distribution, TV commercials on the air with no permission, or payments made. Listen at this site and enjoy for free, but beyond that, BE FAIR, payment negotiation is required. (i.e. Thanks to CTV/Alliance-Atlantis for their e-mail enquiry about licensing one of my songs for their national television series the ELEVENTH HOUR. Very professionally done, in advance.)
