There is no better feeling than being on a stage and feeling the positive energy and love from a crowd. I love performing over anything else! The location really never matters as long as there are fans out there that appreciate and respect what you are doing. My most memorable performance, out of the many, would have to be the first major tour I was on while on the road with Da Brat. My first show with her was out in San Jose, California, on the bill opening for 50 Cent and G-Unit. Before this show, my largest crowd that I performed in front of had to be like 2,000 people...this crowd was over 50,000! I had the bubble-guts like crazy, even though I was sharing the stage with a multi-platinum artist! Man, I called my Mom while backstage and asked her to pray for me over the phone - with a gazillion fans screaming in the background. Brat introduced me to the audience and had me do a freestyle rhyme acapella to pop my cherry. To be honest, there were a couple of boos from the upper left side of the arena and they started to bleed around to the other side. I kept going by freestyling about the whole lineup that night and the crowd noticed I was really freestyling! I then challenged the few booers to step up...by then the ladies took over with cheers and the brothas followed. I'll never forget the first person to congratulate me when I got offstage - none other than the baddest b%#@*h, Trina saying, "You killed that sh@#!" and Treach from Naughty by Nature showing me love! THAT is my most memorable out of the many!
