The hope of the 8 year old boy I used to be waiting for Mama to come out her heroin stupor so we could eat. The hope the 8 year old boy in every city that walks in the shoes I've worn holes in has. That kind of hope. The hope Jesus hands out to the local crack heads in the middle row at Church every sunday. The hope that looks like light at the end of a tunnel. That kind of hope. Through my true stories I keep the legacies of my fallen soldiers alive. Through them I can fight another day. I'm just tryin to have fun and spread my message at the same time. I'm not looking for any friends or buddies I'm just tryin to put something together my family and friends can be proud of. Something that gets played in places other than clubs. My ryhmes and my beats are a reflection of what I've been through and what want to achieve before my number is called.
