Mortice
Mortice was born after a few beers and a desire to do things our way. Combining a mixture of styles from heavy metal to southern rock, influences were not difficult to come by considering the members of the band. Featuring Billy Rankin, (former axeman with Nazareth and the Alex Harvey Band), drummer John O'Leary (ex Gunslingers and Ritual), Kenny Cobain, Steve White and Alan Shipman. Other contributers were Graham Lane and lastly Matt Love.
The songs featured here are the original versions of the album "Mayhem", featuring Billy Rankin on lead vocal. This version of the album is a special 2011 release and cannot be bought anywhere else and is only available to purchase on Soundclick. The release of this special version is to coincide with the imminent release of the track "Mayhem" for the popular video game, Rock Band 3.
