Fronted by gifted vocalist Lisa Hammer, the angel who carried the music of Requiem In White to fantastic heights with her woeful tones, now graces another gothic masterpiece with her unmistakeable voice. Mors Syphilitica are less atmospheric than RIW, perhaps a comparison that she is hoping to hear less and less, but that is the curse of being her own predecessor....Let me just close this review by mentioning that the fifth track is a song in which her voice reveals a sweetness that is almost heavenly enough to close all the wounds that her previous melancholy melodies have ripped into my heart... -The Grimoire (USA)
