I record music that I like, and I happen to like black metal. Black metal is regressive, raw, primitive, closed-minded, and it certainly does not evolve or progress in any way. Of course the genre has produced the same music over and over – that is what it is supposed to do. Black metal is a tradition that is meant to maintained and further purified.
I will say what must be said with my music, and when I feel I have accomplished that, I will cease to make music.
Seeing as I have made my point clear, feel free to remove my posts or spam my board or ignore me, or whatever you see fit. It isn't important as I will never associate with the filth and life metal you create.

When listening to this, the question that comes to my mind is: "Is this music about anything at all?" It seems to me that you are simply trying to come up with as facy and "gothic" a name for each song as possible in an effort to give yourself a "dark" image. I see no relation whatsoever to black metal, and your music is indeed a "dreadful masquerade". Worst of all, the vocals are unbearably bad.
The synth songs aren't entirely bad in their own right. But combined with guitar, fake drums, and terrible vocals, it all goes to hell pretty quickly. Oh wait. Perhaps that's what you intended, with a band name like "Morke Helvetes". Do you even know what that means? Or how grammatically incorrect that is?
I am sad to see music like this listed under the black metal section of Soundclick, as this music clearly has no relation to black metal whatsoever. My suggestion is this: either continue making strictly synth music for what it's worth, or stop altogether. When you try to inc

This is really excellent music.
My favourite two tracks are Unto thee horizons dark and The Imperial Arts of thy Madness. You are able to create a very dark atmopshere.

Hails.
Thanks for the your post. Yes the Patrick mentioned on my board is Patrick of Enthralled, but Enthralled has now evolved into an even better musical entity; Sapthuran. If you haven't already checked out that project then I suggest you do. Incidentally, I will be releasing a split CD with him shortly.

I normally dislike keyboards and synths in Black Metal, but must admit that this is some very good Black Metal- in that it draws the attention away from the actual music (guitars, drums, etc) and instead calls forth images and atmospheres. Also, I like how you show respect for Liszt in the first part of the song 'The Imperial Arts of thy Madness'.

Wow.
This stuff is wierd and amazing! I've heard nothing like it before and wouldn't have expected the juxtaposition to have worked. The keys are so depressing and bleak, I LOVE it! Check out my band Circumscriber, which of late also takes inspiration from classical music, perhaps a little less explicitly than yours though...

...such a f***ing contrast. Switching back and forth between the keyboard sections and the guitar/drums/vox sections is great... and then you mesh them near the end of the song. Some bands really rape themselves with keyboards... and others doom themselves with OVERLY raw production. You seem to be able to find the perfect medium in both worlds and are able to present them very well both apart and together. Good work.
