Moprhic Resonance
23 months ago, a circle of then 5 young men decided that something needed to change. Not just with the current musical scene in their milquetoast city, but in society in general. The small group could only try to set things right with their musical talents. So, work began. Friends were lost. Friendships were tested. Ideas were started and scraped. Information was lost, never to be recovered. With the hard work and total concentration on the task at hand, both local and global trends changed.
23 months is a long time for an idea to simmer. Defined and redefined. Honed into a musical weapon of mass destruction. A vulgar display of disgust for everything that popular culture tries to dump down our throats. 23 months ago, things werent clear. Sidetracked by shady dealings, internal tensions, and the ever vocal outcry of our fans have made the ideas and concepts more focused. Youve got no idea what is about to be unleashed
Our numbers have grown. Our anger has nowhere else to go but outward. The time is as close as your shadow. Do you remember us? Because we remember you and everything youve said. Its not about being better. Not about trying to be more hardcore, more Goth, more extreme than some other groups, because we just are. The music is going to do all the talking for us. Someone asked why are you so angry? The answer is all around you.
All we have is contempt.

Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
we started as a tabla group in Damascus.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
we play live. when time permits. between recording and rehearsing our jackass-style stunts.
Your musical influences
we have been influenced a great deal by Skinny Puppy and anything cEvin Cey has ever done,
the completely overlooked and underrated Will, prong, Minsistry, Meshuggah and alot of film scoring.
Graeme Revell is a favorite because he doesn't just compose music to movies with his style,
he conforms his sound to the project, making a better overall product.
