Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Based in Richmond, Virginia, MOOSSA has widespread appeal with fans both young and old alike. Moossa delivers a unique blend of groove-oriented roots rock and old school reggae. The group's sound has been likened to that of Elvis Costello meets Sublime or a cross between Bob Marley and Bob Dylan. The band maintains a steady touring schedule of over 100 performances a year. The quartet's current lineup includes:
John Moossa - acoustic guitar, lead vocals
Jim Fabricatore - electric guitar, vocals
Ryan Davis - bass, vocals
Scott Lewis - percussion, drums

Yep - we play all over the Northeast and the Southeast. We've got a great fanbase in those regions.
