To all, I am the brother of Monktrump, unfortunately he passed away this morning 5/17/23 at only 53 years old 😢 😔

I really dig your song "A Way" . I've been listening to all your stuff on your station. YOu have a great sound. I voted "A Way" hot and added it to Songswriter's Station. Thanks for sharing great music.

Hey Monktrump jumped over from the muses to have a listen to some of your songs. I´m listening to in my dreams right now, a super good song (the guitarsound could maby use a little fixing in some spots) really beautifull man. Also had a quick listen at you unfinished business some great work there to.

Hi there Monk -
Well I listened to your new song four times -
I thought of a couple of totally unconnected bands
1 ) Crash Test Dummies "I have all my wisdom teeth" - your verses sound similar musically
2 ) Toto - the harmonies somehow remind me of toto just before the chorus
3 ) The bridge reminds me of the proclaimers "I would walk 500 miles"
For all that, I thought your song was quite in your style - definately a monktrump song - a wistful/randy song I thought -
To be totally honest, your two favourite songs of mine are "She" and the more recent one about starting a fight - your more aggresive ones - those are the ones which really stand out for me - though I know a lot of your fans like the more mellow ones :)

Hey Mike, just posted your review...I don't know how protective you are with your tracks but I would dig throwing some drums and bass down to Tired.. just to see how it comes out. I was so sad to hear that your brother passed away. I am one of his ex-gf's (just one of many lol). Had he been sick? I hadn't heard from him in years and often wondered how he was doing. :(
