MoneyTree Entertainment was founded by William Howell aka Dollar$Bill in 1997. The goal was to create a quality hip hop sound from Nashville that's never been heard before. Since '97 we've released numerous underground projects and mixtapes, but our first commercial radio smash came in 2003 when we released 'This Is How We Roll' by Cee Ohh. From there evrything hit big!!! On May 9th, 2004, we released 'Krome: The EP' and it has garnered more street buzz for the label. We strive to make good hip hop, nothing or run-of-the mill. In 2004, MoneyTree Entertainment has established itself as one of the leading indie lables for hip hop and R&B in Nashville.
