Miss Kitty (US)
Miss Kitty is currently a band of one. It's just my stage name. I love to sing and love bringing people joy with my songs. None of my songs have been professionally recorded, so the quality may not be the best, and I usually have a cold when I'm recording. . Anyway, hope you enjoy the music!
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
I can usually be found at Gatorz of Salt Lake City doing Karaoke on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with occasional trips to the HotSaints.com dances, which are almost in my back yard.
Your musical influences
I generally do covertunes and showtunes, but some of my inspirartion for some of my original pieces comes from people like Chip Davis of Mannheim Steamroller and Gackt, a japanese Rock star.
What equipment do you use?
I use a Mac to record all my music.
Anything else?
I'm looking for a band who is flexible and willing to help me flesh out alot of songs I have on paper. Some of them are very angsty and would make great alternative pieces. (Think Evanescence)
