Mississippi Leghound
Mississippi Leghound is a Long Island based band. Started by Gary "Dr. Wier" Holmgrem, who started the band with his close friend John Feustel, Din has gone through very rough times. Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
The band was founded by Gary Holmgren, who sang and played guitar, and John Feustel, who played lead guitar. Soon they were joined by Thomas Capasso on the drums. Then, due to changes in their lives, Tom and John left. Soon after, Gary's friend Brian Carroll joined as a keyboardist. They wrote together and recorded for 2 years until Kevin Brown came along on the drums. Look for us at a venue near you!
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
We play out at The Downtown in Farmingdale. We love it!
