The Elements that intertwine to form the Missionaries From The Mind are:
K-thought, a second generation emcee specializing in lyrical precision.
Mindstate, the deep prophet blessed with philosophical insights.
Brainstorm, masterminding the alchemy of words spoken through beats.
And A-Logik, the frontline emcee blending verbal shadowboxing with the way of the intercepting fist.
Your musical influences
Anything we listen to becomes our influence because we try to absorb everything we hear. We try our best not to be biased regarding music genre. All music is good music as long as its written with passion.
What equipment do you use?
We prefer notebooks and little pieces of paper where we can scribble down two-liner rhymes but sometimes were forced to use notepad. Any writing instrument would do, one beat and a little inspiration, sometimes the dictionary.
But generally we use our hearts and the things we learn and observe then convert it into lyrics.
