Mike Wright

I have always been creative. Jack of all trades visual and audio. I started on my first album with a direct influence to Pink Floyd. Since then I have ventured across all styles of music from offensive rock, love ballads and just good darn tunes.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
August 1998 saw the very first attempt at music with One man, one guitar and three chords. Squirral, Oh Squirral was an entire album of improvised songs based on the life and times of the Squirrals. It was a comedy album which was silly but still an interesting way of learning the chords of a guitar. My first REAL album came after that. A concept album based on the life and time of my father who went insane and eventually committed suicide. This is still for sale via my website. My second album was a brighter and a altogether happier affair. Featuring tracks such as "The Joint of Oh So Many Colors" and "Too Late Now". This album I decided to not do a concept, although a couple of tracks were lifted from a comedy work in progress called "NASA: The Musical" I am currently at work on the third album.
