Midnight Mourning was formed in the spring of 2002 when Caleb Howard approached fellow student Jeff Lamparter asking him to jam with his band on drums one day. After a couple of jam sessions, the band decided to secure Jeff as the new permanent drummer for Midnight Mourning. Since then, the band has written several new songs and played several live shows. Their audience has grown and is continuing to grow.
Band/artist history
Not much history to mention.
Have you performed in front of an audience?
We play live wherever we can right now. There are of course places that we prefer over others. We used to play at this skatepark quite regularly but it has sadly closed it's doors. Now, we play occasionally at a place called "Old City Java" in Knoxville, which is a rather awesome place to play shows.
Your musical influences
We like all kinds of music, with the exception of hiphop and country. We like to cover a lot of modern rock songs, along with a good bit of classic rock. From "The Offspring" to "Guns N' Roses". We like it all.
