What started out with an education as a classical tenor turned into something different.
Following numerous classical concerts as a soloist all over europe, as well as collaborative contemporary work with artists from all over the globe, Michel sees his next goal in discovering and developing his own sounds.
Michel Rahm, a Swiss vocalist, likes simplicity when it comes to writing his own songs.
"I love to take people on a mental journey. I want to write music that leaves an impression. Be it for only a moment or a longer period of time. Music that soothes the soul, makes you think and leaves you humming along.".
Enjoy listening!
Have you performed in front of an audience?
I play live whenever I get the chance. Most of my time is currently spent at my project studio, writing new songs and letting creativity flow.
Your musical influences
My main influences are single songs rather than bands or artists. Vocally, my idols would include singers such as Elton John, George Michael or Freddie Mercury.
What equipment do you use?
AW16G for recording. Roland RD100 Stage piano, tiny drumkit, Les Paul Guitar, Cubase for mixing and mastering.
