Chet Atkins, Mark Knopfler, Jerry Reed, Tommy Emmanuel, Django, I love anything with melody & groove.What equipment do you use?
I use mainly Australian made Maton guitars. The guitar in the photo is a Maton Michael Fix Custom, spruce top, maple back & sides, ebony fingerboard; I love it!
I also use instruments by Brisbane luthier Michael Palm. I dabble in bass, mandolin and banjo. I record to Protools 002 on macAnything else?

Micheal - I recently discovered your music - you are extremely talented! I am looking for a song I heard on the Soundtrack for the new-ish movie "The Lookout". It is the ending song - the first one to play while they are rolling the credits...credits list it as "Rock the Noel". It is fabulous. Where can I listen to or buy that song? How about Tico Tico for the audio samples page? Heard you play a mean version of it and having it playing on the headphones will inspire me to work a lot faster which will then lead to a better share price for the company.
