Michael Dulin

A world class pianist and keyboardist, Michael Dulin has performed in Carnegie Hall, toured with the Motown super group the Temptations, and has reached the #1 spot on NAR's World Airplay charts with his first two original music albums. He has developed a highly personal and sensuous style that combines elements of smooth jazz, Celtic, Appalachian, New Age and classical.

Critic Kathy Parsons has called Michael Dulin one of the most versatile musicians I have ever known. Though classically trained at the famed Juilliard School in New York, Dulin maintains a multi-faceted career as performer, producer/arranger, and creator of original music for radio, TV and corporate films. He has performed as a solo pianist throughout the U.S. His international performances include Warsaw, Poland, and performances on Swedish national television. The One I Waited For, Michaels debut piano solo CD, was New Age Reporters #1 CD for three months in a row. Atmospheres, his follow-up CD also reached #1. Atmospheres was also winner of the Lifestyle Music Award as the Best Solo Piano Album of 2004. His music has been featured on Hearts of Space, and can be heard on over 250 radio stations worldwide, plus internet radio and satellite services.

I love to play live. I have lately been performing with other pianists around the country in several Solo Piano Radio Artist Showcases. Next show is in Saint Louis.

David Lanz, Keiko Matsui, David Benoit, Christopher O'Riley, Dave Grusin, all the classics too have been influences. I always have a mix of elements in my music - I guess it's from being a session player in so many different styles.

I use a Steinway grand and assorted MIDI gear.
