I am drinking BLACKTOOTHS for breakfast! My 5 Disc CD changer is filled with PANTERA. My bong has been kept loaded all day with the dankest kind I can find. Tonight I will be paying tribute to the late guitar god by attending a good metal show. I will be sure today I have a great time... for today is the day of DIME!

I am the spokesperson for a company called CD BABY RIPOFF.
We are representing artists who have had money withheld from them wrongfully or been treated unfairly by CD BABY,when they had cds for sale there.
Everyday we are getting closer to being able to file a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT against Derek Sivers and his company.
Many people have been done dirty by his company ,but were afraid to speak out.

If you want to REALLY get anywhere in the industry do 2 things: 1) BE ORIGINAL and 2) DO NOT BAIT A BAND THAT IS NOTORIOUS FOR LITIGATION.
I know you don't know James Hetfield and I know you aren't signed.
I hope James does see this and alerts Lars, then you'll be owing them millions for copyright and trademark violations.

I don't know what these people aren't pissed off about. First of all, your better that Kirk Hammett, so you've got that going for you right off the bat. Your songs ain't bad either. I say keep it up and keep pissin' off all these dorky Metallica fans.
