Mudslide, a good old rock and roll band from Seattle
Band/artist history
Mudslide started in 1980 with Kevin, Chris, and Scott and changed in 1985 to Kevin, (Kevin's brother Loren), and Andy Phillips, and now is currently lunged into 2007 with a brand new hot guitarist, Steven Koenigsberg, and a new bass player, George Allen. Steven met Kevin in 2005 at the Blue Moon Tavern off of 45th street in Seattle. They quickly became best friends, reformed the band and started off playing open mics at such locations as the blue moon, the skylark cafe, and the mainstage. This gained them a good reputation and now they have moved onwards and upwards to playing regular monthly gigs at Studio 7, courtesy of their booking agent, Big time Entertainment. Through these past 2 years, Steven has written a whole load of songs, ranging from glam metal, thrash metal, and hardcore. These 3 unrleased album are in order: Dark Prophet, Merkava EP, and Mudslide: Oblivion. Steve finally realized that Kevin could write better songs and so started learning the Mudslide back catalog off 4 of Kevin's albums: "Mudslide," "Apollo," "City of Gold and Lead," and "Secret Right to Rock and Roll." "Secret Right to Rock and Roll" is Steven's all time favorite Mudslide album and they are now working on the album "Secret Right to Rock and Roll Reloaded," due out next January or February. Their newest EP, "Radioactive," is a kind of pre-release of songs due out on the new full album, and contains such hits as "No Promises," "Don't Hold Back," and "Separate." The Mudslide will keep flowing and no one will stop us on our road to glory and fame.
