Mental Clockwork
This is a one-man project. I create these songs in my free time. I used to be in a thrash/speed metal band, but since I started college, have not had the time commitment to be in a band of that level, so I just started doing stuff by myself, so that it would fit my schedule, and so here is what I have done so far.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
well...I started writing the songs for this project around September 2007. I continue to write as I see fit...I have gone through zero lineup changes, as I am the only member, and do not have to kick anyone out. haha
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
I do not play live...Nowhere...I like it a lot...Many special moments.
Your musical influences
Modern Metal and techno music mostly. My guitar playing has been largely influenced by Lamb of God and, earlier on, Megadeth. My techno influence is very limited; I only very recently started listening to techno. The only band that I really listen to is Trance Wave. Some of my ideas for playing this style of music came from Rammstein and Slipknot.
What equipment do you use?
Fruity Loops 4 (the old version...haha), guitars, behringer V-Amp2, and my brain.
