I've been practising alot, getting sets together for gigs. Lots of fun! I had a listen to the new tune, "Burn out" and it's very intense! Thanks for sharing! Love the huge keyboard/synth sounds... So you're off to Scotland hey? That sounds like a blast! What a great place to get inspiration from for writing... I hope you have a great trip! Take care and keep me posted on new tuneages! Rock on!

Hey there Billy! Great, can't wait to hear the new tunes! Yeah, definitely (Awesomeness)!! That Beach Fest sounds like alot of fun! I will have to see how much flights cost etc. I do agree though, that life is short. It flys by, and I believe people should follow their dreams. You are right, the big G does love a tryer! No one ever got anywhere by just giving up. At least if you try, you will know how far you can go. If you give up, you've already lost.....
A hotel with our name on it you say? I think we have a chain of hotels like that don't we? LoL! Keep on rockin! Your far away friend Mel smile :)

Hey Billy! Hope all is well. It's been raining here alot too, but we've had a couple of sunny days here recently, love the sun!!! I am still very appreciative of the awesomeness (is that a word), of you saying to consider it a holiday to go perform in your lovely hometown! Thank you so much for saying that. smile :) I am going to send you a c.d. when it's finished. I will keep you posted on the upcoming YouTube vids. I am considering putting up some live clips of just me and my acoustic, with some very bare versions of the songs. I see alot of people doing that sort of thing now a days. Very cool. When are you going to be releasing music you are writing for your friends band? I'm excited about that! Anyways, I hope life is treating you well. Take care. Rock on! Mel smile :)

Hey Billy! I'm doing well, thanks for asking. I checked out your friends video, and I have to say the landscape is perfect for a video, and the song has a very cool groove! Also, wow, I would absolutely love to play there someday! Thanks for the warm invite and offer to supply the equipment etc., and you never know, anything is possible so I might drag my whole band out there someday! You are right though, it's all about the music and sharing it with others. smile :) I'm really looking forward to hearing the music you are writing for your friends band! Please keep me posted on that. I'm hoping to get some live video clips up on Youtube soon. We've been playing around with the Green Screen effect for a video as well, which is also something I would like to share soon. Well, I hope all is well. Keep in touch and keep on rockin! smile :) your far away friend Mel

Hey Billy! Good to hear from you. Thanks for calling me Mel, all my friends do. smile :) Wow, I'm really happy that you and tatman are liking the tunes. Please send a big thank you to tatman as well, for playing our stuff. Ya, I really am far away, but I would love to visit and gig there someday! It looks like an absolutely beautiful place. I'm a huge fan of castles and amazing scenery. Keep on rockin with your tunes! Hope all is well and take care.
Mel smile :)

Hey there, good to hear from you! I'm doing great thanks, I'm still working on the c.d. I was actually listening to a vocal track tonight. I'll have a new song up soon called "Where You Stand." The band has also been practicing for an upcoming gig that will be a tribute to Canadian bands. Should be fun! How are you doing? I hope life is treating you well. Keep on rockin with your music! Take care. smile :)

Hey there, how are ya?! The songs are getting closer to being finished, thanks for asking. smile :) I have to solidify a vocal in one more song, that I have yet to put on S/C. Sort of a rock/funk tune. There are also 5 more tunes that we are recording, to work towards an 11 song c.d. PHEW!! Glad you had a chance to listen to Candy O by the Cars. I love Ben Orr from the Cars. He was a great musician. Actually, I love 70s music. There is just something so rich and powerful about alot of those bands. What you heard is what you got. They didn't use autotune, or lipsync, it was just pure, raw talent. Love it.... I follow that way, in a sense, no autotune, just me singing the way I'm meant to sing. Wow...what a fricken long message!.....Looking forward to hearing your future work. Keep me posted on your music. Have a good one and keep on rockin with your tunes!

Hey there, I'm doing good thanks! Hope all is well. Thanks for letting me know the comments board is up. I had a listen to graham coxon, and freakin out is freakin cool! There is so much good music to listen to, signed, unsigned, undiscovered....Good stuff. You just never know, the undiscovered ones waiting in the wings, could be the stars of tomorrow....Have a great day, and keep on rockin! smile :)

Hi there, I would love to leave a comment under the Tatman song, but it was disabled or something. I'll check back again, it's a cool tune. Rock on! smile :) By the way, have you ever listened to the song 'Candy O' by The Cars? To me the vocal sounds like it has a huge Bowie influence.

Hi there,...wow, thank you. 'Prayer For The One' was actually written without thinking it would be part of this c.d. I wrote it as a prayer, but Bry said he liked that song, so we ended up recording it. It's actually our drummers favorite song out of the bunch as well. Funny,... it's difficult sometimes to realize what yourself sounds like! Bry is responsible for the dittos on the top e, n, b, strings. Glad you like that and the vocals! Now I think of this song as a prayer that goes out to anyone who hears it. smile :) Thanks for your comments. Keep on rockin with your musical gift!
