Thanks Al,
For agreeing 100%. It must be that everything was about the same in the USA, where everybody here in Europe was looking up to.

What I remember as well is that you heard music everywhere on the streets (transistors) and that you always knew the music so very well. Was that your experience too?

One more question, Spin already has answered; What is your absolute favorite of the 70’s/80’s? I still have to think about it.

Have a great rest of the week,

Hi, Al!
There is no doubt that you took this emotional transfer sheer right, especially if take into account your own experience concerning the loss of pets. Yes, such a case is a real drama for those who knows what does the friendship with our "smaller friends" mean...
I'm happy for the fact you've liked my last piece of music although its form, texture and character has unusual and maybe slightly unbalanced character - at least for the rock-style. Honest to say I simply made the thing which - I believe it - I had to make as some tribute to my "little doggie the great friend".
Great thanks for your attention and estimation, Al!
That is awesome I have the possibility of communication with such a friend as you, and those words are not empty.
Have a good week!
PS: Oh, I can see the new stuff on your page... smile :)

Hi Al,
Because of the subject of our conversation I just started a research in between the Disco genre. Most of the tracks I found were just too simple for me, not really dancable as well because the speed is too slow (in my opinion).

But then I thought of “Lost in Music” of Sister Sledge, such a catchy dance track. So that was my choice. I like it more than “We are Family”, anyway.

In my search I realized as well that the Disco genre is almost 100% American, there are not many big hits out of other countries. Think your country was dominant in music business and that it’s a bit less nowadays.

An interesting time, indeed.

Cheers to the music,

Hi Al

All good here, yust done remodeling my studio - so many cables in the way while cleaning etc. And a new coffeemachine. Was digging out my old drumpad.
Will look out for a proper stand for it. You know - many times a project/song starts with a fat beat/groove. And the other way around - you start with a theme and have the beat in your head and then the chase for that exact beat starts.. My Stylus drum VST has a lot of sounds for that.

Have some projects going on - trying out what type of guitarplaying suits them best. I might be sending you some clips for consulting.

Meola probarly travel lightweight with gears and musicions visiting Norway.
Had the pleasure seeing him 3 times in Norway.

Have a great week-end my friend!
