Defective are into progressive rock with influences like Dream Theater Deftones and A Perfect Circle Defective was formed back in our highschool days, and our music a really a compromise of different styles. All of our members listen to rock, but we all focus on different parts within it, and so we have a special style - you won't find another Defective.

He is originally from Norway, but moved to England in 1995 and has spent most of his music life there.
