Ever since I was young (about the age of 8), I had the dream of becoming a music artist. I started writing when I was about 14. Come 16 I started playing around with music instrumentals, and slowly started getting a feel for the hip-hop side of music. I was started listening to a broad variety of music and started to get the taste for which music was actually good, the type of music people wanted to hear. I began to realize how famous artists made their own music and why people liked it so much. It was giving off a catchy melody and got stuck into people's heads. I started playing with some of my own beats and timelessly free-styling over and over again at home. I soon began to have a major knack for the music industry.
D. Cord released his first official mixtape on September 5th, 2010 called "Route 6".
D. Cord release his second official mixtape on November 8th, 2010 called "Haters Make Me Famous™".
D. Cord released his third official mixtape on January 20th, 2011 called "Seventeen".
D. Cord released his fourth official mixtape on April 20th, 2011 called "The Long Way".
D. Cord then the same day as his release of his fourth mixtape, put 'better' songs from the Route 6, Haters Make Me Famous, and Seventeen onto one new mixtape called 'Haters Make Me Famous'. Leaving D. Cord's total mixtapes at 2.
D. Cord then released his third mixtape on November 2nd, 2011 called "Haters Make Me Famous: Chapter 2".
