Wendell is from the tiny, beautiful, Pacific island of Guam. He started songwriting seriously in 2001 at the tender age of 30 when he decided to mail a song he wrote called Not Our Last Goodbye to a Nashville recording studio just to 'see' what it would sound like with professionals performing it.
