Mike Beats Live is a producer/artist from the city of Hartford, CT. His love of music developed during choir rehearsals he attended as a child. At the age of 15 he began using free music production software to make beats for himself and his friends to rap over. By the time he reached college, his sound had not developed but his classmates gave him stage his name, 'Mike Beats'. It was a few years later in 2012 when 'Live' was added to his name.
