Fatal Cause formed in 1989 in Salt Lake City. Disbanded in 1994. Over the 5 years that they were together, they recorded 3 albums, 
1989- The Death Affect, a Decade of Defiance
1993- Mindchrist
1994- Lacerated vein Graffitti
