I am a Folk Rock musician. My music is inspired by John Lennon and The Beatles. As a kid I found sanctuary in the music of The Beatles. When things were bad at home I would put Meet The Beatles on my brothers turntable and dream of one day writing my own songs. I started playing guitar when I was 14 and wrote my first song at the age of 26. While my musical tastes have expanded over the years I am still a hug Beatles fan. Our music is reflective, relaxing, moody, and emotional. 'The Last Leaf' has two band members. Ian Henderson (Painted Water) and Jeff Watkins. We have been creating music together for two years. Ian plays the piano and keyboard and Jeff plays guitar and piano.
