Major Snagg is the invented name of the 'band' that perform all my own musical creations. (songs and instrumentals). I play guitars, bass, rudimentary keyboards, harmonica, and sing. Melody has always been important to me... lyrics and guitar solos have to say or communicate something.
I create musical worlds that I hope that you dear listener, will also want to explore and live in for a few moments...or longer if you feel that way
Learning The Game

I have played the guitar since my early teens and for most of my adult life. It was only in 2011 that I became inspired to write a few fingerstyle pieces. I received encouragement and favourable responses from other like minded acoustic guitar enthusiasts on various forums (in particular 'Acoustic Life' (not active now) and Acoustic Soundboard) so those tunes are included here.
Most were recorded using a basic Zoom H1 and some may have had a minimum amount of 'tweaking' to adjust the vagaries
