when it's time for me to 'check in' with myself..  i find me being pulled either to the piano or the guitar, to find out what im really feeling.. blanketing and hiding.
music is both a skill and a gift, but all of us have the power to 'check in'..  unload and heal from it all.  there's  many different mediums out there..  and this happens to be one of mine.   enjoy.
