I am 65 year old family father playing guitar for the fun of it. I started to play guitar in my teenage years but dropped it for other interests. Restarted guitar playing 12 years ago when my oldest daughter (then 16) wanted to play guitar and we bought her the electric guitar and amp. After 6 month when she lost interest I started to play on this electric guitar.... Nowadays I am also playing bass in 'Cover' jam band at work.

BONEYARD
Blackland: Southern Rock-N-Roll BLACKLAND: original rock-n-roll. The band has been peforming since 1998 at clubs, festivials and fairs throughout the Southeast. We have released three albums so far and working on a forth. Blackland's all original music comes from the heart and soul of Muscle Shoals, Alabama but don't be confused, you will hear very little (if any) of the old 'Muscle Shoals Sound'. The music has been described as 'Metallica meets Skynyrd' and we are totally cool with that,

706 Union Avenue were formed in 1998 by Yan Townsend, (Bass) after hearing the cool tones of Stray Cats coming form the vicinity of Pat Winns (Vox Guitar) abode. Yan had played before with George Leckenby (Lead guitar) with the band 'A horse Called Eric' and apart from the fact that he happened to be a superb picker, he owned a gretsch. The band stole drummer Trigg Wooton who had come to audition for another group. All is fair in rock n roll.

An all original Southern Rock Band from Florida. I was playing around Jacksonville,Florida when my cousin Butch,Leon Wilkeson and I were playing churches and teen clubs. I was there when Donnie Vanzant and I played Sock Hops at the junior high. I was there when Donnie,Don Barnes and I hired Larry Johnstrom from 'Skynyrd'. Heck, I was there when Dickie Betts played week ends at the Forrest Inn with 'The Second Coming' and 'Lynyrd Skynyrd' was still 'The One Percent'. I've traded guitars with D...

bluesbox, acoustic and electric blues sm.. WELCOME IN THE BLUESBOX ------------------------------------ Thank you all for the support and the interest shown in our music since we started out in December 2006. BLUESBOX is a group of friends playing together, recording and uploading their stuff in the internet. It's not a traditional band ..... maybe it's more like an independent recording label. Everything is done without profit being involved, though. It costs us no big money to do...

Clay Harper is making music Jamming online since 2004. The good folks at the Les Paul Forum and elsewhere provided the backing tracks and I've made some using Garageband. This style of playing was a way to increase my lead chops, try new things and learn a ton about recording, mixing, and the bits and pieces that go into polishing up a decent piece of music.
