Jeevan Se Bhari Hemant hails from a family of musicians in Banagalore. He was initially trained in choir singing by Sri.Lakshmi Keshava. He later took training in Hindustani vocal under the guidance of Pt.Parmeshwar Hegde. Hemant also has learnt to play the Mridangam from Sri. V S Rajgopal. Hemant primarily sings Hindi Film Songs. He also sings Kannada Films songs, Tamil Film Songs, Bhavageethe and patriotic songs. He was popular in College as a singer and was given the title of Kisore Kumar
