Since the 80's, they have been making elgant soundscapes and breaking genres. They cannot be catagorized but if you had to, they would be Gothic / Industrial / Electronica / New Age / Ambient. Some vocals are in English, some are in French but it is ALWAYS passionate!

Hard hitting, dark, and seductive. AoE, formally known as Siffer, and more recently as Axis, all started with a program called E-Jay many years ago.
