Parker aka The Plan....A very unique sound that the Hip Hop community has been waiting for.

Parker aka The Plan was born November 1, 1976 in Youngstown, Ohio and introduced to hip-hop at the ripe age of 14.  It was then that Parker knew that he wanted to become an MC and entertain the world.  The goal was set and he has been pursuing the dream ever since.
	Parker has spent many hours writing and putting together his unique concept of rhyming; getting better every time he writes a new song.
