Pulse Nein was created in April/May of 2004 when 3 members (Rich, Dave and James) from an orlando rock group decided to keep their dream alive by recruiting a new singer (Tim) and a second guitarist (Chris) after their old singer/guitarist had to leave for personal reasons.
