Cisko is one half of the Central Valley based rap group, P.B.C. (Proud By Choice).  Now back as a solo artist he has released 'The Time Is Now' (2006) and a new album scheduled for released in Sept 2006: Cisko & Jessica 'The Other Side Of Me'.
