Prime Minister (Sac)

Prime Minister first hit the music scene in 1999 featuring on Hit Man's 'H20' album.  He wrote and recorded a number of underground hits for Black C's Right Way Production Company.  He appeared on four tracks on RBL's 'Hostile Takeover' album including a solo song called, 'RBL 2001'.
