It all began in 2003 in the city of Bacau - Romania whem Alex(guitar), Utu(drums), Adi(voice) and Petrut(bass) made the band Sictir, in august at the bass came Vlad when the band name changed to MANIFEST!. They sing about social problems,politics and the street fighting against 'the weekend punkers as they say in a song 'FASHION PUNKS''
