NPCB: Ngee Ann Polytechnic Concert Band Ngee Ann Polytechnic Concert Band was established in 1983, under the baton of our resident conductor, Mr Yeo Poong Poh. The idea of forming a band was conceived by our 4th principal, Mr. Chen Hung, a noted music lover. The band started off with 20 members and has since developed into an established band of 50 members.
