New band name for my one man band. The ancient form of my first name. My name is Holger Luth. I was about 15 years old, when I got my first guitar. Actually it belonged to an older friend, but the never played it, so he let me borrow it. I had been taking piano lessons earlier, but I hated it. I enjoy singing and playing in a variety of styles. In addition to singing I also play saxophone, guitar, piano and drums. And occasionally I write songs Singer/Musician/Songwriter
Still trying to write a good song that impresses my wife I sing and play everything except for the parts my friends Frank and Nick play... and sing. It's a lot of work and a time suck, but it keeps me out of trouble. My style of making music is to not have a style. I never know what will show up next.
