Christine was born and raised in Elliot Lake, Ontario. Even though her parents bought her numerous guitars when she was younger, she only started to seriously play when she was seventeen. She then started to write songs no less then a month later, only knowing a few chords. She has been writing songs ever since. A guitarist and composer, Mark Desson was born in Quebec in 1957. He moved to Ontario in 1962. He has been playing the guitar since he was 5 years old. He took formal music lessons on a couple of occasions during the course of his life, but he was more interested in playing the guitar by ear because he found formal lessons too regimented.
