Music is My Life
Retired from Clearwater Paper after 38.94 years as Their Senior Mechanic. I would have received a watch, but that was discontinued a while back to save the company money as was a lot of other forms of recognition and goodwill. So I just took my company retirement, 401K, severance pay, and retired. Thank you to the union, officers, and employees that stuck with us. I tried to represent you, and negotiate in your best interest. To the free riders we leave what is left. Most of you have never had to walk a picket line or march against dogs, police, company hired security, or any of those things we sacrificed and fought for. I wish you luck and the best and hope you can figure it out for yourselves.
I have been a week-end entertainer for over 40 years, now I only book about three full time jobs (clubs & honky tonks) a month.
I book about three nursing homes a month. I use these places to try out new material for my shows I also love the audiences and fans that come to the nursing homes. I'm a member of the Western Music Association. I also serve as president of Christian Cowboy Balladeers and President of Palouse Cowboy Poets Association. I now own a 24 track digital recording studio and I take collage courses in business.
I am an agent orange disabled veteran with a grand son that just came home from combat; third generation Marine in combat. I am a proud grandpa.
