Hi! My name is Angela Arnold and I'm 51 years old and I sure do love the Lord! My walk has sure been a great one with my heavenly Father and I've gotten bruises and scrapes along the way but he has always gotten me through the fiery trials.
About 6 years ago I had a fight with the Devil when the Master wrapped his arms around me and delivered me from the bonds of addiction. I had woken up after passing out three times from doing drugs and alcohol all night with blood trickling down my face running between my eyebrows. I looked into the mirror and said out loud, "Lord, they are all right about me I look dead!" What I saw staring back at me was an empty blank look with no eyes, almost a skeleton head. I immediately felt God's arms enclose my body and give me a big squeeze and my heart felt brand new. I said, "God I will go where you will have me to go, just show me." And so, I headed to Miami to a treatment center and did not tell anyone because I had some outstanding things that I had done in my addictive state that would send me to jail for a little bit and I wanted to be straight before I went there. I got straighten out and then went to county lockup for 11 months and 29 days. But I already had God in my heart working on me daily and I stayed in my bunk with the Bible in my hands open and reading scripture daily.
