N.A.P…Out of Phoenix, Arizona the newest face and voice of Hip Hop; a change from the mundane. A break from the stagnant current state of the game.
“I did start writing poetry in the first grade but it was in the beginning of high school I found words could be much more effective when presented through music,” N.A.P. explained.
“We started with a dream and passion for the game, but uncertain about the business side of things. We learned quickly that they go hand and hand and haven’t lost grip since,” says N.A.P.
N.A.P. puts on a great show and transforms into a beast during performances. N.A.P. will tell you he loves rapping for an audience as much as he loves making the music. He’s performed at colleges, venues, festivals, and clubs and was a featured artist at The Movement Club in downtown Phoenix for numerous weeks.
His music is a reflection of him and he puts life and emotions into every verse. “Music is a story and I'm the storyteller;” N.A.P. says. “Arizona’s one of those stories you don’t hear about often, and I want to share our culture with everyone.”
