Music is the soundtrack to life
Grew up in Toledo, Ohio where I learned to play guitar.
I have been an avid (compulsive?) songwriter, guitarist and singer for the majority of my life. I built my first guitar while attending college.
Formed the original rock band The Change back in the mid-80's and was a charter member of the Toledo Songwriter Association (TSA). I've written well over 1,700 songs in all styles, at least one or two might be considered good.
I retired from the music business some time ago, but I've continued to write and record as an ASCAP artist. I ran an analog recording studio in the 90's, before surrendering to the digital realm.
I continue to write and record my own songs for family, friends, a few stray fans and collaborate as time allows.
I'm happily married to a great wife with two great young adults.
Songs are divided between mainstream Rock/Pop/R&B and Christian and you'll find both broken out into separate profiles.
