Singer/songwriter and guitarist performing original songs and covers, have recorded and released a solo CD of original material, entitled “Wordsongs”, available from me.
Songs of love, songs of life, songs I’ve written for my wife, songs of faith, songs of hope, a song about losin’ a friend to alcohol and dope, songs of joy, songs of pain, songs about sunshine, songs about rain, songs about just about everything... I just love to play & sing. Performed in and around Erie, PA. for more than 25 years, & in the Warren, PA. area for the past 15 years. After years in several rock bands, began a solo career, & have played many of the bars, clubs and restaurants, as well as fairs and festivals in both areas. Also play regularly at senior centers, hospitals, and nursing homes. Have performed with my wife, Joan Papalia-Eisert, in the duo "Fire & Ice" for over 25 years & we have appeared on Erie Cablevision’s “Erie Backstreets”, WQLN’s “Sounds Around Town” and Erie Cable Access TV's "Amazing Grays". We also do music ministry at the Maria House Projects’ Diocesan Lodge in West Spring Creek and for various ecumenical and outreach events. We are also members of the band, “Daystar”, which performs original inspirational music, and has performed at many local and regional churches and fairs, and takes its music ministry into jails and prisons.
