Dee was born April 5, 1973 in Detroit, MI. He was the youngest of eight children. He has always had a huge passion for all types of music which include R&B, Hip Hop, Jazz, Blues, and Classical music. He noticed he had the gift of music at the age of thirteen. Since then, he has been composing all types of musical arrangements from R&B, Rap, and Jazz lyrics.
Dee decided he wanted to venture in his own business. He is CEO and founder of his own record label of Str8gutter Records LLC which he started in 2009. He also started his own Publishing Company which is known as Stanley’s Publishing Company LLC.
Str8gutter Records is responsible for the rapper Young Rico. His hit songs include In an Old School, Smoke and Drank, and Trigallo Mami. Tracks also feature his upcoming new artists Taz and C-Gee.
